The property sold for an undisclosed price.

Sthanki, in addition to Jessica Thompson, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the regional seller. The team also procured the New York-based buyer.
OYO Townhouse Donaldsonville—Gonzales is located at 2179 LA-70 in Donaldsonville. Built in 1999, the hotel sits on 2.56 acres.
