Vicky Lee is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and represents emerging growth and public companies in complex technology and commercial transactions. Her practice includes structuring, drafting and negotiating complex technology, commercial and intellectual property agreements as well as representation of companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and other corporate transactions where technology and intellectual property are key assets.
Lauren Murdza advises life sciences, healthcare, biotech, medical device and technology companies and universities, in connection with technology transactions and general corporate matters. She represents clients in a broad range of commercial and corporate activities, including licensing and development agreements, global collaboration and promotional agreements, product acquisitions and divestitures, merger and acquisitions and royalty monetization transactions.
Technology Sourcing and Outsourcing chair Vinny Sanchez advises clients in the outsourcing of key business and technology operations and the sourcing and implementation of ERP and other core technologies. He also advises companies in the digital transformation of the enterprise and the evolution of business models that leverage both technology and data as strategic assets.
