Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter (ABC-FEC) proudly announces that its Vice President of Development for the ABC Cares Foundation, Inc., Hayden Casson, has successfully graduated from the esteemed Institute for Organization Management at Villanova University, a program administered by the United States Chamber of Commerce.
The Institute for Organization Management is a leading professional development program providing a rigorous curriculum that covers topics crucial to enhancing leadership and effectiveness. Participants undergo a four-year program consisting of intensive courses that span a week each year.

ABC Cares Foundation is the charitable arm of Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast chapter. The primary function of ABC Cares is responding to emergent needs in the construction community. Whether sickness, injury or death, ABC Cares supports our industry professionals and families through financial and mental health support. In addition, ABC Cares supports the construction industry through community partnerships, and through advocacy and scholarships that promote workforce development.
More than 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to support ABC Cares Foundation’s mission and the organization is usually able to provide financial assistance within 48 hours of being made aware of the need.
Under Casson’s leadership, the ABC Cares Foundation, Inc. has witnessed remarkable growth and development including a significant expansion of corporate sponsorship and the implementation of multiple mental health initiatives. His vision and innovative approach have spearheaded the creation of various programs that have significantly contributed to the comprehensive nature of ABC Cares Foundation’s impact. In addition, ABC Cares Foundation’s Circle of Champions has expanded under his guidance, and the organization has earned recognition for its impactful community programs.
Upon completing the program, Casson brings back a wealth of knowledge and cutting-edge insights that will further elevate the ABC Cares Foundation’s position as a dynamic force in driving social impact and advocating for the construction industry’s future.
