The neighborhood center was 94% leased at the time of the sale.
Liberty Investment Partners, out of Raleigh, NC, acquired the asset on August 17, 2023.The transaction was completed by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group along with John Owendoff in Cushman & Wakefield’s D.C. office.
