Holy Cross Health Recognized by American Heart Association and American Stroke Association for 13th Year in a Row

For the 13th year in a row, Holy Cross Health has received an award from the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® Program. This year, Holy Cross Health received the Target Stroke: Honor Roll Elite Gold Plus quality achievement award. To qualify for this recognition, hospitals must meet specific criteria that reduce the time between an eligible patient’s arrival at the hospital and treatment with an IV Thrombolytic.

For the second year in a row, Holy Cross Health received an additional honor, the Advanced Therapy award, for performing successful thrombectomies in less than 90 minutes after the patient’s arrival to the hospital.
