Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 10 states and with a portfolio value exceeding $3.6 billion, has announced the promotion of Hilary Lyon to Lease Administration Manager. Lyon joined the company last year and was formerly Senior Lease Analyst.
In her expanded role, Lyon will oversee the activities of CRC’s lease analyst team, which is responsible for tracking, processing, and managing retail leases throughout CRC’s portfolio. She will also oversee tenant-related communications, data tracking and account management. Lyon will continue to interact closely with the company’s Property Management and Leasing teams to assure accurate and timely administration of leases.
Lyon has more than 13 years of commercial and residential account and property management experience. She previously worked with Hill Management Services as a Commercial Account Manager, and functioned in property management roles with PMC Property Group and Village Green Property Management.
“Hilary has thrived at CRC and her refined leadership and communication skills make her uniquely qualified to operate as the primary point of contact with our outsourced lease administration partner,” stated Lauren Wayne, Senior Vice President of Accounting and Investor Reporting for CRC. “She has demonstrated a strong ability to design process improvements to our lease administration protocols, and to create an environment for clear, concise and replicable processes across our systems.”
Lyon earned a Certification in Project Management from the Community College of Baltimore County and is currently working toward a degree in Business Administration and Management. She is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and has volunteered her time with the National Association of Mental Illness.
