Trilogy Investment Company Begins Construction on Build-To-Rent Project in Charleston

Trilogy Investment Company, an integrated land development company and leading national provider of Build-to-Rent housing communities, began vertical construction at Villas at the Creek, a Reve Community located on 10 acres of land at 3894 Savannah Hwy in West Ashley, SC.

The 71-home community includes, three bedroom, 2.5 bath mix of townhomes/homes with a single car garage, flex 3rd bedroom/office, 9’ ceilings, full stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops, etc.  Situated on deep water at Rantowles Creek, residents will enjoy a true low country living experience with waterfront views, walking trails, gazebo, grilling stations, dog park, and kayak launch.

For this project, we’ve partnered with Charleston-based, Center Park Group, to manage and perform all townhome and amenity construction. Center Park Group specializes in the construction management of Build-to-Rent communities in the Carolinas, and most recently the Atlanta market.
