Impressive first-year results in new business relationships and leases
terra alma proudly marks the first anniversary of Associate Anna Hunt. Diving headfirst into commercial real estate, Hunt seamlessly transitioned into meeting clients, engaging with contractors, scouting prime business locations, and expertly handling daily commercial real estate responsibilities.
In her first year, Hunt successfully worked with five clients on her own, securing leases for three. Notably, two of these businesses are set to open their doors—one later this year and another in 2024. Beyond her leasing successes, Anna cites guiding tenants on their journeys as some of her most rewarding experiences. Her quick adaptation and confidence in a new industry are noteworthy, with esteemed establishments like San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company, Eden Smoothies, and Muse Skin Health and Aesthetics in Inman Park among her clientele.
“Anna’s commitment to excellence and remarkable adaptability stand out,” remarked Edie Weintraub, Founder and Chief Community Builder of terra alma. “Her ability to foster strong relationships and her passion for our industry make her an invaluable asset to the terra alma family.”
When reflecting on her time at terra alma, Hunt shared, “Working alongside Edie has been an incredible learning experience. She’s undoubtedly the best networker I’ve ever encountered. Being a part of the terra alma team, surrounded by such inspirational and strong women, has been empowering. And witnessing transformative changes in Atlanta from a front-row seat has been an exhilarating ride.”
Prior to her journey with terra alma, Anna brought a decade of experience in customer service and relationship-building from her role at Van Michael Salons, where she excelled as a stylist and in management. An authentic Atlanta native, Hunt’s deep-rooted love for the city fuels her drive to shape its evolving landscape. She observes, “The way Atlantans shop is changing. They’re seeking destinations, not just stores. My personal preferences align perfectly with our client’s visions.”
Hunt attended both Valdosta State College and Georgia Perimeter College. She holds a cosmetology license from Aveda and is a former Atlanta Board of Realtors® member.
Residing in Kirkwood with her husband, two dogs and a cat, Anna cherishes the outdoors—hiking in North Georgia, camping, or traveling nationwide.
