Colliers is pleased to announce the 4,520 square foot NNN lease of Class A office space in Saint James Place at 1885 Saint James Place in Houston, Texas. The landlord, Saint James Place Partners, was represented by Chrissy Wilson and Jack Russo of JLL. Ray Lopez of Colliers represented the tenant, HWCG, in the transaction.

Saint James Place is located at the heart of San Felipe Green with immediate access to Post Oak Boulevard, Uptown and The Galleria. The Class A development features nine floors of office space with six floors of above-grade parking. The decorative exterior masonry with a mixture of limestone colors and textures offers a sophisticated appearance with state-of-the-art building systems.
