CSA Achieves CMMI Level 3 for Services

Client Solution Architects (CSA) today announced that its project operations division was appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for Services Maturity Level 3. Assess-IT, Inc. performed the appraisal by assessing the company’s leadership, program, contract, quality and risk management approaches.

This achievement results from CSA’s mature methodology for project operations that is compliant with industry best practices, creating a low-risk and cost-efficient environment for project success. This appraisal guarantees a singular approach to how CSA runs its projects and programs.

In addition to the CMMI Level 3 appraisal, CSA maintains in three ISO Standards: 9001:2015, 20000-1:2018 and 27001:2013.

CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance and aligning operations to business goals. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the company’s processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods.
