This is a newly created leadership position. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Pauls brings more than twenty years of sales and business development experience and will drive and support the company’s current and future growth. Most recently, he served as a highly successful sales manager at Tactile Medical, where he was directly responsible for profit and loss management, corporate development, portfolio expansion and annual operational planning. Pauls is known for his ability to act as a trusted advisor to key clients as well as his colleagues and employees, which is exactly in line with RQM+’s values and objectives. In his previous position as sales manager at Philips, he was responsible for annual operational planning, corporate development, improving sales figures and maintaining operational compliance.
As an experienced medical technology expert, Pauls knows customer challenges like no other, having started his career as a respiratory therapist in hospitals and sleep laboratories. This very special perspective and his extensive experience in the industry have given him invaluable know-how that enables him to address the specific needs and challenges of our customers in the complex medical technology market.
