SRS Real Estate Partners announced the promotion of Kyle Fant to Managing Director & Co-Market Leader of the firm’s Capital Markets practice in New York.
Fant joined SRS as a Senior Vice President in 2017, along with his partner, Managing Director & Co-Market Leader Britt Raymond, to spearhead capital markets transactions in New York City and throughout the east coast. Since joining SRS, the team has transacted in excess of $1 billion of net lease assets in 28 states.

With almost ten years of experience in investment sales of net lease retail, medical, and industrial properties across the country, Fant’s client base consists primarily of merchant developers, private and public institutions, family offices, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, and multi-unit franchise operators.

Kyle graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance.
