Mohr Partners, a top-three global corporate real estate advisory & outsourcing services firm, is pleased to announce that KMM Telecommunications, a leading national provider of supply chain solutions and network services to the U.S. communications market, signed a lease renewal for its headquarters in Lewisville, TX.
The firm will continue occupying its space at Lincoln Ridge, a 130,400-square-foot industrial distribution building built in 2017 that is situated just northwest of the intersection of Interstate 35 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Lewisville.
Mohr Partners’ Managing Director Corbin Bengston represented KMM Telecommunications in the transaction, while Lincoln Property Company Senior Vice President Michael A. Peinado represented his firm as the landlord broker.
