SC&H Group is pleased to announce that Rob Patrick, a Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Restructuring service line, has been elected to the Turnaround Management Association’s 2024 Global Executive Board. Patrick will serve as TMA Vice President – Chapter Relations and as a member of the TMA Global board of trustees effective January 1, 2024.
In his role, Patrick will serve as a liaison between TMA Global and its 54 chapters worldwide, coordinating resources for chapters and their leaders in collaboration with other members of the Executive Board. He has previously served as president of the Chesapeake chapter and continues to serve on the chapter’s board of directors. At TMA Global, Patrick has previously served as Chair of the Chapter Presidents’ Council.
At SC&H, Patrick advises distressed companies through complex restructurings, operates as a court-appointed fiduciary, oversees fraud investigations, and provides litigation support services.
