SC&H Appoints Jim Dickinson As Chief Talent Officer

SC&H, a leading consulting and financial services firm, announced the appointment of Jim Dickinson as its Chief Talent Officer. Dickinson, who joined SC&H in 2021 as Chief Learning Officer, has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth, enhancing employee engagement, and cultivating a productive work culture.

In his new role, Dickinson will lead teams responsible for talent acquisition, performance management and total rewards, learning and development initiatives, and corporate administration and operations. He will also facilitate the firm’s executive committee and board of director meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in team collaborations.

Dickinson holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree and PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from Clemson University. His doctoral research focused on engagement at work and performance management, areas that he has continued to champion throughout his career.

He has also been recognized as a member of The Daily Record’s VIP list, and received the State of Maryland’s Governor’s Volunteer Service award.
