Based in Houston, Roth brings with him over 25 years of extensive experience in the industry, making him a highly respected figure in the field. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and National Apartment Practice Co-Leader at Newmark. During his tenure, Roth played an instrumental role as the national primary point of contact for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae while overseeing a team of six appraisers covering Texas and Louisiana.
