Marie Solis returns to Styles as a staff editor after working with us as an editing resident. While on Styles, Marie edited profiles of Eileen Kelly and Bill Strobeck and trend stories on the resurgence of Lena Dunham’s “Girls” and the embrace of clutter; she wrote about readers rediscovering the novel “Mating” and why the word “girl” dominates online spaces. For The New York Times Magazine, she has also recommended that you keep a dream journal.
