Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Charles F. Blanchard has joined the firm as an associate in the Construction Practice Group.
Mr. Blanchard focuses his practice on government contract law, construction litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He regularly litigates construction disputes for general contractors, subcontractors, and owners for public and private projects and also represents clients in pre- and post- award bid protests and procurement regulatory compliance. Mr. Blanchard drafts substantive motions, protests, discovery and briefs before the Boards of Contract Appeals, Court of Federal Claims, GAO, federal district courts and state courts.
Mr. Blanchard received his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School and earned his B.A. from Duke University. While in law school, Mr. Blanchard clerked with the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, gaining valuable experience with research and writing in contract disputes between contractors and federal agencies.
