Olshan completes approximately 50,000 SF of new lease signings to generate full occupancy at its iconic Long Island luxury shopping center

This significant milestone, achieved via approximately 50,000 square feet in newly completed leases, underscores Olshan’s unwavering commitment to establishing dynamic and prosperous commercial retail centers as well as the enduring strength of retail in today’s evolving marketplace.

Among the latest signings is Greenwich Furniture and Design, a local furniture store currently in the construction phase and set to occupy nearly 12,000 square-feet of lower-level space, and Saatva, a prominent e-commerce luxury mattress company, who has commenced construction for its upcoming 3,800 square-foot store.
Recent store openings include: Arc’Teryx, a Canadian high-performance design company specializing in technical equipment and apparel for climbing, trail, and snow, which occupies a 3,900-square-foot space; Natuzzi Italia, the globally renowned furniture brand, opened a nearly 11,000 square-foot store; electric car company, Lucid, unveiled a 6,500 square-foot showroom; and Sephora recently completed a remodel of its 5,300 square-foot store space. Additionally, athletic and activewear apparel company, Vuori, recently opened a 3,300 square foot store in a location near the Lucid, Sephora and Indochino stores.
