Haven Capital, a leading originator of customized ground-lease positions in high-quality U.S. assets, is pleased to announce the hiring of Hal Pohl as Head of West Coast Acquisitions. In his new role based in Los Angeles, Pohl will oversee Haven Capital’s deal origination activities as the firm expands its ground lease platform nationally and will lead a team of investment advisory and financing professionals working with owners and operators to recapitalize their properties through ground lease structures.

Pohl brings more than two decades of experience across the entirety of the deal cycle on a diversified range of asset types. Prior to joining Haven Capital, Pohl was a managing director at Wells Fargo, where he managed an origination team serving large-scale clients with expansive geographic portfolios.
