Reshma Holla Joins Enterprise Community Development As VP, Development Strategy & Impact

Reshma Holla has joined Enterprise Community Development as Vice President, Development Strategy and Impact. A new leadership position at Enterprise Community Development, this role will help support and drive the sustainable impact of Enterprise Community Development’s real estate development efforts.  A division of Enterprise Community Partners, Enterprise Community Development is a leading affordable housing developer in the Mid-Atlantic region and among the largest non-profit owners of affordable housing in the US.

Reshma has over 15 years of experience in housing, community, and economic development across the private and public sectors. Most recently, Reshma served as the Deputy Manager of the Development Finance Division at the District of Columbia’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). In this role she supported the development of policy guidance, strategies, and solutions that helped meet the agency’s ambitious goals; and she was responsible for the oversight of approximately half of the agency’s pipeline of multifamily housing developments in underwriting or under construction. During Reshma’s tenure at DHCD, her team’s efforts resulted in the closing of over $500 million in local and federal gap financing loans as well as other resources for the preservation or production of over 4,200 affordable housing units across 50 plus developments.

Prior to joining DHCD, Reshma was a Vice President and Senior Development Manager for Telesis Corporation, a social impact-focused real estate company that develops affordable/mixed-income housing and supportive community uses in diverse neighborhoods. Reshma began her career at RCLCO, providing real estate advisory services to a variety of private and public sector clients in markets across the United States. Reshma holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where she double majored in Economics and Architecture.

Outside the office, Reshma enjoys traveling, cycling, and attempting to learn how to play Brazilian drums without embarrassing herself too much.
