Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s to Showcase Featured Dishes and Drink Specials for Christmas and New Year’s

Big Time Restaurant Group’s Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, and Louie Bossi’s will be open Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Christmas Day 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ). The featured appetizer for Christmas at both restaurants will be Coccoli Fritto, little breads to fill with ricotta and prosciutto ($11.50). The featured dessert at both restaurants on Christmas will be Budino Ciccolata, hazelnuts, caramel, and fiore di sale ($10).

On New Year’s Eve, both restaurants will feature Tagliarini Al Limone, meyer lemon, yellow tomato, Parmigianino reggiano pistachios, marscapone and basil ($20).

On New Year’s Eve, the kitchens will stay open until midnight and the full menu will be available. New Year’s Day, the restaurant will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with $18 endless Bellini’s, Bloody Mary’s and Aperol Spritzes will be available with the purchase of an entrée.

Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s have scratch kitchens with everything made in house, including pasta, breads, sauces, baked goods and gelatos. Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s dry age their steaks in house and cure their own salumis.
