The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Commonwealth Property Associates secured the $5,000,000 sale of 27 Nashua Street, Leominster, MA to All Star Sports. Alan Ringuete of The Stubblebine Company procured the buyer, Ampac Enterprises, aka All Star Sports, and the seller was represented by Tuomo Peltokangas of Commonwealth Property Associates. 27 Nashua Street is a 95,000 SF warehouse and manufacturing facility situated on 5.7 acres at the intersection of Route 2 and I-190. This prime location is across the street from the North Leominster Commuter Rail and municipal garage.
