Pulte Homes Unveils Models At Emory In Plantation

The public is now invited to visit Pulte Home’s newest residential community in the heart of Plantation. The national home builder has opened two furnished models at Emory, a new development offering 86 townhomes near the corner of N. Pine Island Road and Cleary Boulevard. Home prices start in the mid $500s.

“There are very few new homes being built in Plantation and considering the price point and central location of Emory, we expect it to be very well received by buyers,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “Pre-sales have been very strong and now that model units are open, I anticipate that momentum to accelerate as we close out 2023.”

Pulte Homes is introducing four new floor plans at Emory. They include Seacrest, Seacrest Grand, Grayton and Grayton Grand. At 1,657 square feet, The Grayton has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. It features a connected gourmet kitchen, café, and gathering room ideal for those who like to entertain. The Seacrest is 1,816 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a 1-car garage. This floor plan features an open-concept gathering area on the first floor, with the bedrooms all on the second floor.  The Grayton Grand and Seacrest Grand allow buyers to extend the Grayton and Seacrest floor plans with a back porch.

Owners will enjoy a swimming pool, an outdoor recreation area with shaded pavilions and a dog park. High-speed internet service will be included in HOA dues.

Emory is close to popular shopping and dining establishments, a large city park with tennis and pickleball courts and fitness trails, and a regional library all within walking distance or a short car ride from their homes.

The community will be part of a 25-acre mixed-use development known as Midtown Square, the former site of an American Express office campus.  Plans call for over 24,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, in addition to a residential component. Emory is located less than 10 minutes from I-595, which provides access to I-75, I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, all just a few exits away.
