The buyer, an undisclosed developer, has plans to develop a mixed-use commercial development. The sellers, local investors, were represented by James Kadlick, Chris Hutcheson, and Harrison Kane of Colliers.

The two tracts sit east of the Fort Bend Toll Road and are ready for development. The property has over 1,100 feet of frontage on Highway 6 and 550 feet of frontage on Hurricane Lane.
