Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of two tracts of land totaling ±13.3 undeveloped acres located on the corner of Highway 6 and Hurricane Lane in Missouri City, Texas, adjacent to Hightower High School. The buyer, an undisclosed developer, has plans to develop a mixed-use commercial development. The sellers, local investors, were represented by James Kadlick, Chris Hutcheson, and Harrison Kane of Colliers.
“This development will bring new restaurants and retail to a blossoming area,” said James Kadlick of Colliers. “The continuous addition of rooftops to the Missouri City area has driven demand for new places to shop and eat.”
The two tracts sit east of the Fort Bend Toll Road and are ready for development. The property has over 1,100 feet of frontage on Highway 6 and 550 feet of frontage on Hurricane Lane.
