Donohoe Appoints Jennifer Sinclair as Vice President of Risk Management

The Donohoe Companies, is proud to announce Jennifer Sinclair as its new Vice President of Risk Management. Bringing over two decades of experience in the field, Jennifer will guide the company in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with Donohoe’s six business divisions.

Jennifer’s extensive risk management advisory and insurance brokerage background positions her as an ideal leader to oversee the adequacy and cost-effectiveness of Donohoe’s comprehensive insurance portfolio. This portfolio covers critical areas, including liability matters pertaining to building assets, construction, building maintenance, workers’ compensation, auto, and financial/professional management.

Before joining Donohoe, Jennifer was a Director at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., in the Risk Management Department. Her achievements there included the design and administration of comprehensive insurance programs, supporting loss prevention and loss mitigation initiatives, providing contractual risk management advice to all businesses, as well as promoting the growth of the corporation through the creation of two corporate-owned renters insurance programs.

Jennifer’s career includes a successful 14-year tenure at Marsh, LLC as Vice President and Client Manager and a role as a Program Manager for The AES Corporation. Jennifer holds multiple prestigious certifications in the field, including Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and various licenses as a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer and a Health, Life, & Annuities Insurance Producer spanning numerous states. She is currently completing the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Jennifer’s appointment at Donohoe brings her extensive expertise to the forefront and reinforces the company’s commitment to robust and proactive risk management.
