Ryan Companies, a national commercial real estate solutions provider, today announces the opening of Publix at the Innovation Commons retail complex in Epperson Ranch, a 900-acre master-planned community located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The Epperson Ranch community will feature 4,000 single-family homes, a 200-room hotel and more than 500 apartments. The grocery store was completed in December and is now open for customers.
In addition to the 59,657-square-foot grocery store, the project also includes three outparcel developments at Innovation Commons, slated for additional retail, restaurants and professional services. Other deliverables completed by Ryan include parking facilities and landscaping. Ryan Companies served as the developer, overseeing the planning, construction and execution of the entire project.

In May, construction was completed on a new interchange that added a flyover ramp for westbound traffic and created a direct exit for Epperson Ranch, improving accessibility for guests of the mixed-use development.
