Geis Construction, a multi-generational & national, family owned real estate and design build firm, has begun construction of an 12.6-acre site at The Exchange at Berwick in Savannah, Georgia, for Olympus Ventures, a real estate investment company, founded in 2000 and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The site will be home to The Exchange Apartments at Berwick, a 180-unit multifamily complex with five buildings that will be three to four stories, with a detached clubhouse and pool.

Minnesota-based OV Development, a subsidiary of Olympus Ventures, is the owner and developer of the apartment development and awarded the project to Geis Construction. Olympus Ventures, LLC, secured financing , and Geis Construction, mobilized and started construction in December 2023. The company plans to deliver the project during the second quarter of 2025.

The Exchange will be a Class A, multifamily project with an attractive architectural design. Its amenities include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, which includes a fitness center with an outdoor sport court, social lounge, substantial co-working space, perfect for remote work.
