Prominent Office Broker Spencer Stouffer Joins Transwestern To Lead Mid-Atlantic Agency Leasing Practice

Prominent office broker Spencer Stouffer has joined Transwestern Real Estate Services as Leader of the Northern Virginia Agency Leasing practice. In his role as Executive Vice President of Agency Leasing for the Mid-Atlantic region, he will partner with Executive Vice President Tony Womack and Senior Vice President Bernard McKeever, Jr. to provide strategic guidance and creative solutions that drive results for owners and tenants.

Stouffer joins Transwestern from MRP Realty, where he served as Senior Managing Director, overseeing leasing and tenant services. He has held executive positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company, completing more than 14 million square feet of leasing transactions over the past three decades.

Stouffer is the only broker to win the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington’s top leasing award five times. He is Chairman of NAIOP Northern Virginia and a member of the James Madison University Foundation Board of Trustees. Previously, he held philanthropic leadership positions at the March of Dimes, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, George Mason University, and The Langley School. Stouffer earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from James Madison University.
