Cultivate PR & Social Media, a full-service boutique agency led by CEO Sissy DeMaria-Koehne with offices in Miami and New York, has relocated and expanded its Miami headquarters from 300 Sevilla Avenue to new offices at 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables.
Jorge Salazar with the David Siddons Team at Douglas Elliman represented the tenant. Madeline Fine with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, DGE Alhambra, LP. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
