
PHILADELPHIA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rite Aid Corporation (OTC: RADCQ) today announced it has completed the previously announced sale of its Elixir Solutions business to MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. for approximately $576.5 million.
