John Leonard, Broker of Record in Georgia, assisted in closing the transaction.
Courtyard Atlanta Airport West, built in 2008, is located at 3400 Creek Pointe Ave. The property is four miles away from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate-285 and GA-6. In 2020, the hotel served over 42.9 million airline passengers.
