Rudin Inks Two Headquarters Relocations At One Battery Park Plaza

Rudin announced today that it has secured two headquarters relocation deals, totaling a combined 26,500 square feet, at One Battery Park Plaza, its 35-story, 870,000 square-foot office tower in Lower Manhattan.

New York City-based insurance litigation firm, Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC, will relocate from its current headquarters at 101 Greenwich Street to 18,464 square feet across the tower’s entire top floor as part of a 16-year lease. The firm is expected to move to its new space, which features high ceilings and unrivaled skyline views, in mid-2024.

Partnership With Children, an organization that specializes in providing mental health services and support for the emotional well-being of children across the five boroughs, has signed an 11-year lease to occupy 8,036-square-feet of prebuilt space on a portion of the second floor. The relocation and expansion from its current headquarters at 299 Broadway is planned for Q2 2024.
