
Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, has launched a new cocktail menu in collaboration with internationally known mixologist Danilo Dacha Bozovic. Bozovic rose to fame in New York where he created the cocktail program for Employees Only, ranked one of the top 50 cocktail bars in the world, and then went on to open Employees Only in Miami.
Bozovic is now the bar owner/founder of national award-winning speakeasy Swizzle Rumbar & Drinkery, Miami, and Delirio Tiki Bar by Swizzle, as well as author of Best Cocktail Book 2022, The Art of Mixology, Bar and Cocktails.
Le Colonial offers divine upscale French-Vietnamese cuisine, not to mention an elegant and romantic ambiance and now, some of the finest cocktails in the world. New cocktails include Golden Sunrise, Hanoi Coffee, Green Kaffir Gimlet, and Forbidden City, all priced at $18, as well as the Saigon Tea and French Kiss, both of which are $19. Le Colonial classics, including the award-winning classic Lychee Martini ($18), remain on the menu. To further add to the ambiance reminiscent of the Jazz Era, the Lounge now features a jazz pianist Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 -8:30 p.m.
Dinner in the main dining room is available Sunday through Wednesday from 4 to 10 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. Lunch is served each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Lounge, which is walk-in only, offers a special lounge menu and is open each night one hour later than the dining room, with that final hour for drinks only.
