SRS Real Estate Partners has been selected as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Soleste Hollywood Boulevard, a new Class A mixed-use development with 324 luxury multifamily units and 26,415 square feet of ground floor retail space.
Located at 2001 Hollywood Blvd. and adjacent to North Dixie Highway in Hollywood, Fla., this new development is part of a growing pipeline of residential mixed-use projects that are revitalizing the historic downtown area of this vibrant South Florida city. Centrally located in Historic Downtown Hollywood, the development’s plans include a setback along 20th Avenue to accommodate the remains of a bank vault from the original property built at this site in 1926. The bank building no longer exists but the developers plan to incorporate the vault into a new bar or restaurant. This feature will become an important element in recognizing and preserving the history of the City of Hollywood.
