Olivia Carrara Joins KCNF as an Associate

Kalijarvi, Chuzi, Newman & Fitch, P.C. (KCNF) is pleased to welcome Olivia M. Carrara to the firm as an associate. She advocates for employees facing illegal and unfair treatment in the workplace, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

“We are very excited that Olivia is joining our firm,” said managing partner Elaine Fitch. “With experience in private practice and with the federal government, her knowledge and perspective will be incredibly valuable to our clients.”

Prior to joining KCNF, Carrara worked as an attorney advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor and in private practice where she represented and advised both employees and employers.

Carrara earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was a Senior Staffer and Technical Editor of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. She also devoted time to the Washington College of Law Decarceration and Re-Entry Clinic as a student attorney, where she represented incarcerated clients in preparation for their hearings before the Maryland Parole Commission.
