
Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that it has hired industry veteran Robert R. Kilroy to grow the firm’s multifamily business.
Kilroy, who will serve as Executive Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions, brings more than 30 years of experience to his new position. He will focus on sourcing and capitalizing multifamily assets and land for development as well as collaborate with Monday Properties’ asset management group to drive capital markets activities. He will also work closely with Paul Vosper, Monday Properties’ expert in Capital Markets and Investment Sourcing, on ground-up development initiatives and the acquisition of existing multifamily assets.

Kilroy, who will be based in Monday Properties’ Charlotte office, most recently served as a Partner and Managing Director for The Dermot Company, where he played a pivotal role in leading the firm’s expansion efforts in the Southeast region.
Kilroy holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University’s School of Business, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Economics from Bowdoin College. He is an active member of several industry organizations including the CFA Institute, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
