Burger & Lobster, the acclaimed London restaurant known for its dedication to perfecting the craft of burgers and lobsters, just reopened its Bryant Park location at 132 W 43rd Street, a property of The Durst Organization, following a major renovation and rebrand program.
Born on a rooftop in London by four schoolmates, the first restaurant launched in London’s Mayfair and is now winning over workers in Midtown, Burger & Lobster is building upon its reputation for the best wild Atlantic lobsters and prime-cut Nebraskan burgers. The transformed Burger & Lobster Bryant Park has added enticing new menu items:
- A new dry aged burger with truffle confit onions, smoked burger sauce, aged cheddar, and truffle chunky fries.
- Wagyu beef bites with caramelized onion mayo and crispy onions.
- What’s a Proper English Cocktail? Lobster and prawns in a marie rose sauce with cucumber, avocado, tarragon, lettuce, and lemon.
- For your vegetarian friend, there’s now crispy panko asparagus with goat cheese cream.
- A crispy skin chicken thighs burger with spicy chipotle mayo, avocado, lettuce, and onion.
- Mixed tempura seafood with squid, prawns, monkfish, spring onion, fennel, and a lemon aioli.
These additions reflect the restaurant’s dedication to innovation while staying true to its core values of exceptional food and service. And, of course, the restaurant offers all the favorite classic burgers, lobsters and lobster roll dishes that the regulars know and love.
“Our team is excited to reintroduce Burger & Lobster Bryant Park to our loyal patrons and newcomers alike,” said Irina Borodina, CEO of Burger & Lobster US Group. “The renovation has allowed us to create a refreshed atmosphere that perfectly complements our culinary offerings with the new menu items that offer an unforgettable dining experience.”
