Seated at the helm of leasing and management, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has maintained the lease-up of Terrell Corners Shopping Center with a long-term renewal by the project’s anchor tenant, Dollar Tree Stores Inc.
The Fortune 500 company, which occupies 8,000 sf, is marking its 16th year in the retail center at 101 Sam Walton Way in Terrell. Paul Richter, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Tammy Salas, vice president of Bradford Property Management Co. Inc. oversee the asset for the landlord, Welsh Irrevocable Trust.
“Dollar Tree reached out to us about renewing early, which is a testament to the landlord, Bradford’s property management and the project’s location,” Richter says.
Dollar Tree occupies an end cap in the 23,050-sf Terrell Corners, of which roughly 80% of the roster is dominated by national brands that includeWingStop, Anytime Fitness, Sally Beauty Supply and Cato Fashions. The project neighbors a Walmart Supercenter, which generates more than $110 million in annual sales.
“There is rarely a vacancy in Terrell Corners,” Richter says. “When there is an opening, there is always a retailer waiting to fill it.”
