Nine staff members of the Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 48th anniversary, recently participated in a panel discussion on “A Women’s Impact” as part of the company’s second annual Women’s History Month observance.
The online panel dialogue brought to light perspectives from seasoned female team members of the Peabody Companies as they reflected on their journey as women in business, and about the women in their lives whose influence has made a meaningful mark.
Panel participants in the interactive discussion were: Yinka Kuye-Romelus, director of portfolio operations; Megan Stejskal, director of compliance – new business; Stephanie Chan, media/production designer; Carolina Sholl, senior portfolio manager; and Kimberly Liu, property manager.
The event was hosted by Leaveine Damas-Younge, senior portfolio manager; Tiny Maria Bhatti, multi-site manager; Janelle Fernandez, property manager; and Tammy Jordan, vice president of people and culture.
“These types of discussion provide a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and viewpoints on female leadership,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of the Peabody Companies. “They empower women, foster growth, and can serve to inspire future leaders.”
