SAN ANTONIO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Industry veteran Emily Margolis has been named Managing Director for the Global Investors Group at Affinius Capital, where she will focus on growing and developing relationships with investors throughout North America.

Based in her native city of Boston, Margolis has over 20 years of real estate experience at some of the leading global real estate investment firms. Most recently, she was responsible for marketing AEW’s strategies by developing and maintaining client and investment consultant relationships throughout North America. Prior to that, she held capital raising and investor relations responsibilities for Colony Realty Partners’ closed end, value-added fund series, and she wrote and reported on market research for both Lincoln Property Company and Cushman & Wakefield.
