Hotel Revival Baltimore Introduces New Installments of “The Remedy”

Upon receiving overwhelming demand for its return, Hotel Revival Baltimore has announced three new installments of its wellness workshop series, “The Remedy.” The award-winning hotel, which is within the New Waterloo portfolio of properties, has confirmed a lineup addressing themes of personal purpose, intergenerational legacy and fostering identity.

The returning sessions of The Remedy – an enriching and immersive experience tailored to lead individuals on a profound journey of emotional impact – will again be led by Jasmine Garland, an accomplished mental health coach with experience cultivating self-compassion through open-space meetings and wellness consulting.

“It’s my pleasure to help lead The Remedy in its upcoming forms,” said Garland. “Building on the momentum from our previous sessions, we hope to dive into challenging topics in a space where all attendees feel supported.”

The upcoming workshops within The Remedy’s springtime series include:

  • Path of Purpose: Planting, Nurturing, Blossoming: During the workshop on Wednesday, April 17, attendees will set off on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Whether they’re seeking to uncover their life’s purpose, set meaningful goals or simply need inspiration to move forward, participants will be provided the tools and strategies to nurture their dreams to fruition. It’s a time to take action, visualize success and observe as aspirations bloom into reality.
  • From Generation to Generation: The Powerful Legacies of Our Mothers: In its session on Wednesday, May 15, The Remedy will honor the profound impact of mothers and mother figures on our community. In a nurturing environment, matriarchs will be asked to share the rich tapestry of their life stories and celebrate the wisdom, strength and lessons they’ve passed down through generations. Alongside the series’ guides, matriarchs and fellow attendees will create a space of support and healing, encouraging personal growth and continued legacy-building for generations to follow.
  • Beyond He and She: The World of Gender Identity & Pronouns: The workshop on Wednesday, June 12, will explore the evolving landscape of gender identity and expression. Designed to explore the critical role pronouns play in affirming one’s identity, this gathering will offer an open, respectful space for all to learn about the significance of pronouns in recognizing and validating individual experiences. Embracing the diversity of identities and the power of words to shape our world, facilitators will aim to equip participants with knowledge to support pronoun changes effectively and respectfully.

Each session of the workshop series costs $15 to attend, and registration includes access to light fare and a cash bar courtesy of Hotel Revival’s food and beverage team. Interested community members can register at: https://hotelrevivalbaltimore.com/community/events/.

“Launching The Remedy has been a personal and professional success,” said Briana “Bree” Payne, Hotel Revival’s director of impact. “By giving a safe space to community members, we hope to continue building positive connections and address the relevance of growth, legacy and identity in today’s society.”
