SummerHill Homes, an award-winning residential builder, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Neighbor to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Previously serving as President, Neighbor will now assume the additional role of CEO, continuing to drive the company’s strategic growth.
Neighbor’s tenure at SummerHill Homes spans more than 16 years, during which he has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering dedication to the company’s success. Prior to his appointment as President in December 2016, Neighbor excelled as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Acquisitions and Construction at SummerHill Homes.
Neighbor’s extensive experience and profound understanding of the real estate market have positioned him well to lead SummerHill Homes into its next phase of expansion and development. As CEO, he remains committed to the company’s core values of excellence, innovation, and the creation of distinctive communities.
Robert Freed, the current CEO, will transition to the position of Co-Chairman at SummerHill Homes. In his new role, Freed will continue to contribute his expertise to the company’s strategic direction, collaborating with Neighbor.
