Experienced professionals Kevin Ceron and Robin Alonso join commercial real estate firm as Controller and Director of Property Management
Tricera, the Miami-based commercial real estate owner led by Ben Mandell, strengthened its property management team with the additions of Kevin Ceron as Controller and Robin Alonso as Director of Property Management. Ceron and Alonso bring more than 25 years of combined experience to Tricera Management.
Tricera Management, a commercial property management platform, is a subsidiary of Tricera and formally launched third-party offerings in 2023. The company provides a suite of management, accounting and related services for commercial real estate assets throughout Florida.
Ceron has more than 15 years of accounting and financial management experience in real estate and other industries. He previously worked at The Comras Company, Monument Real Estate Services and Berger Commercial – among other real estate firms. At Tricera Management, Ceron will ensure the accuracy and completeness of its financial transactions and documentation.
Alonso joins Tricera after more than five years at New York-based real estate development and investment firm Tristar Capital (or Tricap). He also spent around five years at CREC (formerly known as Continental Real Estate Companies). At Tricera Management, Alonso will ensure the on-site property management and maintenance services are streamlined and efficient.
“Kevin Ceron and Robin Alonso are seasoned professionals who have worked at best-in-class real estate companies,” Mandell said. “They will apply learned practices developed throughout their careers to bolster our property accounting and third-party management platform. We continue to pursue opportunities to strategically grow our team with talented individuals like Kevin and Robin.”
Tricera Capital also promoted a key team member, Mario Saldaña, to Vice President, Investments. Saldaña was previously an Acquisitions Associate, sourcing new acquisitions, underwriting assets, creating business plans and assisting with acquisition closings. In his elevated role, Saldaña will play more of an intricate part in all of Tricera’s investment-related activities.
