
The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce that Roshni H. Patel has joined as an associate in the firm’s Bridgewater, New Jersey office as a member of the Estate Planning and Administration & Wealth Preservation Practice Group.

About Roshni Patel
Patel provides strategic counsel to clients to develop estate plans that meet their personal goals. She prepares wills, trusts, business succession plans, and powers of attorney and advises high net worth individuals on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters. Patel also has experience with long-term care planning and advocacy, fiduciary representation, and public benefits and has worked with corporate healthcare providers on collection, Medicaid, Probate and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Patel worked at a boutique New Jersey firm focused on estate planning and corporate law, gaining valuable experience in real estate and commercial matters. She also served as a Regional Medicaid Manager in New Jersey for a national long-term care company.
Patel earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston and received her B.A. from Temple University. While attending law school, she participated in a study abroad program with U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts at the National University of Ireland. Patel also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward G. Smith in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
