Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, will feature a prix fixe menu for the summer beginning Friday, May 24. Le Colonial offers divine upscale French-Vietnamese cuisine, with an ambiance that is elegant and romantic.
The Summer Prix Fixe ($35) will be served before 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and includes two courses. First course (choice of one) includes Cha Gio, crispy shrimp and pork roll; Bo Bia, chipped vegetable roll; Sui Cao Chien, pan seared chicken dumplings; or Boi Cu Cai Do, beet salad.

Second course options include Ca Hoi Nuong, roasted salmon; Ga Xao Xa Ot, spicy chicken stir fry; Tau Hu Cari, yellow tofu curry; or Con Chien Dac Biet, signature fried rice. Guests can choose a dessert from the dessert menu for an additional $10.
Le Colonial’s summer hours are Sunday through Thursday, 5-9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5-10 p.m. The Lounge opens at 4 p.m. daily. Social Hour is Monday through Friday in the Lounge from 4-6 p.m. Piano Nights are Monday through Wednesday from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Lunch will be offered again starting December 1.
