TCC Appoints Jessica Fraser As SVP Of Industrial Development

Trammell Crow Company, a global real estate developer, announced that Jessica Fraser has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President, focused on industrial development. Jessica will lead TCC’s industrial development throughout the NYC metro region.

Jessica joins TCC from Prologis, where she acted as Vice President, Investment Officer since 2021. In this role, Jessica oversaw capital deployment activities for the firm throughout New Jersey, including building and land acquisitions, the redevelopment of existing assets, and ground-up construction, with a heavy emphasis on infill markets. She closed near $215M of land and building acquisitions over her tenure. Prior to Prologis, Jessica was the Director of Development for Macy’s, where she was part of a strategic team that managed the development and monetization of Macy’s real estate portfolio, which at the time, included 650 locations, 130 million square feet, and 6,000 acres nationwide. She has also held positions at Simon Property Group and Triage Consulting Group.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
