Old Well Labs, a Charlotte, NC-based provider of a software platform for finding and monitoring investment managers and allocators, raised an undisclosed amount in Series a funding.
The round was led by Nellore Capital. Other investors included Ted Seides, Mike and Tom Elnick, Shubham Goel, Brian Bares, and fund managers and endowment CIOs.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate platform development and support the growth of its team, which includes alumni from Duke Management Company, Goldman Sachs, Bain, and various tech startups.

Initial customers include Makena Capital, Hall Capital, Global Endowment Management, and several of the largest university investment offices in the U.S.
