Samuels & Associates Hosts Outdoor Fitness, Live Music, Public Art, and the Return of Fenway Flea

This summer, The Fenway is the ideal spot for outdoor dining, exercising, entertainment, strolling and gathering with three different destinations planning to welcome visitors and residents with seating and activations. Arriving this summer to 201 Brookline’s plaza is is Berklee College of Music’s Summer in the City concert series – free lunchtime live music on Thursdays. Every location has seating where anyone can enjoy a takeout treat from The Fenway’s varied offerings. New outdoor dining at bartaco and DW French this season offers table service option for those who want to enjoy an al fresco dining experience before a concert or game.
As of June 1, The Station, an outdoor community space with swings and a furnished deck, welcomes back the beloved vintage clothing and makers market Fenway Flea each Sunday. Additionally, The Station will host a rotation of exhibitions in partnership with MassArt’s Creative Business Incubator in the space’s on-site gallery along with a series of MassArt student art sale markets and interactive art demos. Across the way at The Green at 401 Park, free outdoor fitness returns alongside neighborhood favorites Time Out Market and Trillium Brewing at the site’s one-acre green space. The Green also brings flora and fauna to life with a whimsical topiary public art display, where visitors can engage with life-sized animal topiaries, including swimming hippos, elephants, and a giraffe.
