Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, has negotiated the $1.19M purchase of 3800 Commerce Drive in St. Charles, IL, a 10,696-SF industrial building.
Andrew Block, executive vice president at Lee & Associates, represented the purchaser, Labels & Specialty Products. This will be the purchaser’s second facility and will accommodate their growth as they continue existing operations in their current 23,000-square-foot headquarters, also located in St. Charles.
